three's a crowd

and i don't know and i honestly don't care
not anymore.
it's on days like these that i doubt mankind
for all the things we appear to be
we are actually nothing more than decomposing organic matter
(SOME FAMOUS PERSON SAID THAT! i think)
i can't help but feel the let down
two years, all for this?

the thought of it disgusts me
skanky with a capital S

i suppose it's right in a sense that
once you've seen it all, done it all
nothing else comes as a surprise anymore does it?
the most absurb nonsense becomes the norm.
and slowly, we learn not to bother.

this isn't exactly my fault you know
